First Day of school 2014

The night before the first day of school we headed to Dairy Queen to keep up with tradition.  We decided to take our ice cream to a nature area this time and go on a hike after we ate it.  The night was beautiful, and the kids had a great time exploring.

The next morning we started school!  We are using My Father's World - God's Creation from A-Z for Kindergarten.  Jake was super excited to jump right in, and Celia had fun tagging a long as well.

Catch-up Time!

We've been so busy learning about life through life, that this momma has been too busy to document it.  I'm going to try to play some catch up from this school year (2014-2015).  Kindergarten is in full force, and going wonderfully.  We are half way through the year and Jake is well on his way to being able to read, tell time, count to 100, and so much more.  This is all so worth the time to sit down and post about.  So....let's go back a few months...
